Special Cocktails for St. Patrick’s Day

Dublin Mimosa

March 16, 2015 – Robert Newhouse of Fat’s Asia Bistro in Folsom, California, is our go-to guy when we want something different and special.  The popular watering hole is “our own Cheers” as one local told me, and plenty of tourists stop by on their way to Lake Tahoe.

Robert is sharing three of his St. Patrick’s Day recipes.  He always finishes and serves his drinks with the care of a Michelin-starred chef.  His little details, like the drizzle of honey on the martini glass for the Dublin Mimosa is just one of the ways his drinks are mixologist art.
