Super Bowl Drinks for a Super Celebration

February 1, 2018 – Super Bowl 2018 is nearly here and you’re probably planning your run to the box store or supermarket to load up on all the traditional edibles so treasured by game watchers.  But if you’re still wondering about libations, we have some great suggestions below including a punch – Ponche Primavera.  Another great solution for easy bartending is to mix up a batch of first three ingredients of the Ginger Brewski in a big jug so that the beer crowd can just add their beer while you watch the game.  (We also think it would taste good over ice so that conquers the cocktail crowd at the same time.)

Recipes

Ancho Verde Margarita

1 part Ancho Reyes Verde Chile Liqueur
1 part Milagro Silver Tequila
1 part fresh lime juice
1/3 part agave nectar

Method:  Add all ingredients to a shaker, add ice, and shake hard. Strain over fresh ice into a Rocks glass with half its rim salted. Garnish with a lime wheel.
