The Mojito comes to us from Cuba and who better than Bacardi to offer a new take on this classic cocktail. The latest addition to their rum portfolio is Bacardi Lime, the perfect sweet and zesty base for a tall, cool drink on a hot summer afternoon.
Sipping this iconic Cuban highball in the shade of the big umbrella of a sidewalk café is the stuff of movies set in Old Havana.

Bacardi Lime Mojito
2 parts Bacardi Lime Flavored Rum
4 lime wedges
6-8 fresh mint leaves
2 tbsp castor sugar (superfine sugar)
1 part club soda
1 sprig of fresh mint for garnish
Method: Add the lime wedges, sugar and mint leaves and gently muddle until the limes release juice. Add Bacardi Lime Flavored Rum and mix the ingredients with a bar spoon. Fill with crushed ice and stir once again. Add club soda and garnish with mint.
