All the Fixings for Mixing Craft Cocktails at Home

September 23, 2020 – Sourced Craft Cocktails Is not only a service whose time has come but it is also helping unemployed bartenders and we applaud them for it. 

Partnering with Balcones Distilling of Waco, TX, Sourced Craft Cocktails has created a special kit in honor of National Bourbon Heritage Month.  If you order a kit, here’s what you’ll get:

• One 750 ml bottle of Balcones
• Two 8 oz bottles of fresh ingredients already measured and mixed for Soul Rush and Black Cherry Old Fashioned cocktails
• Jigger to help measure
• One Balcones Glencairn whisky glass
• Four high quality reusable plastic tumblers
• Balcones barrel stave
• Balcones grains
• Recipe cards for the perfect cocktail every time

The Balcones grains and barrel stave are great additions to learn and appreciate how these components influence the development of Balcones bourbon. Since distillery tours are not easily available these days, purchasers of the kit will be invited to join an exclusive Balcones one-of-a-kind virtual distillery tour and happy hour on Saturday, October 3 at 5:00 p.m. EST via Zoom.

The cost of the National Bourbon Heritage Month kit is $89.67.  It makes 14 cocktails at a cost of $6.41 a drink.  That’s a bargain!

The kit is available to order until September 26 in New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, Washington D.C., Austin and Dallas.
