A Day (and a Reason) to Celebrate Absinthe

March 4, 2016 – Did you know that March 5 is National Absinthe Day? We didn’t either but it is, so obviously one is obliged to drink some absinthe. And no, it won’t make you go crazy. The story that absinthe drives drinkers mad was a rumor started by the French wine industry back in the 19th century, or so we read somewhere.
