
The annual beer-a-thon has started in Munich. The city expects to attract about seven million beer drinkers who will down an estimated 15 million glasses of beer. That’s only a reasonable two glasses per person but a glass holds one liter and costs about $14.00. Officials have warned purveyors not to short change the customers by serving beers with too much head.
