Usually a crime report of breaking and entering involves stolen money, jewelry, electronics, etc. Not in the Napa Valley.
Ryan Michael Patterson, a 31-year-old transient, was arrested for breaking into a house on Dunaweal Lane in Calistoga. He was seen running away from the house with several bottles of wine. The sheriff returned to the house where they found a broken kitchen window and the owner identified the wine as his.
Unfortunately, the wine in the heist was not identified but we’re betting it wasn’t Two Buck Chuck.
