Coolest – A Cooler on Steroids

Kickstarter is a great place to browse for creativity and “why didn’t I think of that” awesomeness.

Take a look at Coolest, a multi-functioning cooler that has already surpassed its $50,000 goal with 37,076 backers pledging $7,266,997.  By the time you read this, the totals will be way beyond that and it doesn’t fund until August 29.

At the beach and want a smoothie?  Coolest’s amazing features include an 18 volt rechargeable blender built in; a removable waterproof Bluetooth speaker for a little music; a USB charger takes care of other gear in need of charging; LED lights in the lid so you can find that beer in the dark; locking gear tie down, so use it as a cart; the extra wide wheels are rugged; storage for picnic plates, a wooden cutting board, a knife and of, course, a built in bottle opener.
