Mike’s Hard Lemonade’s Fun Social Media Game

Dec. 5, 2014 — It’s described as the first-of-its-kind social media-based White Elephant party called “Tw’elf Re-Gift-O-Rama” in which everyone is a winner.

Embracing the popularity of selfies, the re-gift-o-rama encourages you to capture and share your Mike’s Hard Lemonade holiday moments with a #Twelfie (a selfie taken with any kind of Mike’s Hard Lemonade—friends, costumes, furry animals and other festive elements encouraged) via Facebook or Twitter to receive an instant gift—which you can either keep for yourself or pass to someone else in your social network.

Go to http://twelfie.mikeshard.com/ to read all about it. Click on Prizes, which takes you to the Prizes Hot Tub but we found it doesn’t work very well. It is almost impossible to recognize the items and the identity tags only flash on occasionally, if at all, so look at #7 under Rules for a complete list.

Gifts range from silly, worth about $1 to expensive like the X-Box valued at $499.99. In all, 1,415 prizes are available. Read Rule #6 to understand how it works.

For all you texting addicts out there (you know who you are!) this is fun and you might win something. We recommend checking the rules before signing up – a good idea for this or any other competition or game involving selfies.
