Feb. 12, 2015 – Despite their Super Bowl ad putdown of craft beer, which caused a huge brouhaha, there are reports that Anheuser-Busch InBev is still sniffing around the industry looking for breweries to acquire. The latest report comes from Florida where Cigar City Brewing of Tampa confirmed A-B InBev has approached them. Other Florida potential candidates listed in the Tampa tribune include Florida Beer Co. in Cape Canaveral, Due South Brewing of Boynton Beach and Intuition Ale Works of Jacksonville but A-B InBev interest could not be confirmed.
