Booze and Blubber. Guides to Staying Trim.

April 24, 2015 – Sometimes it is just plain exhausting.

With few exceptions, we’re all obsessed with weight, calories, carbs, blah, blah, blah. How much can we drink and still fit into our clothes?  How many push ups to repair damage from one beer?  You know the drill.

So we see an interesting article about all of the above plus how alcohol affects strength training and fat loss on a web site and resolve to take heed.  We check all the numbers about how many calories, how muscles are affected, etc., then promptly forget everything we just read.   Perhaps it would be have been better to read it after drinking coffee rather than red wine but we’re sending you the link because there is someone out there who understands all this stuff and we want to be helpful:

A day later, we find another story.  This one pretty much confirms what we already knew and we all like confirmation that we are slightly brilliant.  We’ll admit, however, that we didn’t know about vermouth and we’ll restock that item tomorrow.
