December 2, 2016 – Nine-time Olympic gold medalist, Usain Bolt of Jamaica, has been named CEO at the famed house of Mumm. CEO in this case is Chief Entertainment Officer, a fitting title for a man with a contagious smile, a drive to win and a propensity for antics in front of the camera.
According to Maison Mumm, Bolt will be the face of its Champagne in a multi-media campaign that he will have a lead role in developing. The runner has had plenty of experience celebrating victories having won the 100m, 200m and 4 x 100m relay at three consecutive Olympic Games.
The appointment was announced with a video of Usain Bolt opening a bottle of Mumm Champagne using one of his gold medals as a saber.
