July 1, 2020 –Independence Day gatherings might be limited this year but we can still ring in America’s birthday with a vibrant and patriotic punch made with a combination of Bacardi white and flavored rums. The great thing about the Red Rum Punch recipe below is it can be adjusted for two people or 10. This cocktail combines grenadine, sweet & sour, and cranberry juice to create a tasty punch that will have you and your small gathering of friends feeling festive.

Red Rum Punch
¾ parts Bacardi Lemon
¾ parts Bacardi Raspberry
¾ parts Bacardi Superior
½ part Grenadine
2 parts Sweet & Sour
1 part Cranberry Juice
Garnish with Lemon Wedge or Mint
Method: Pour all ingredients into a punch bowl that is filled with ice blocks. Stir. Garnish the bowl with lemon wheels and raspberries.
2 parts Bacardi Añejo Cuatro
4 parts Club Soda
Method: Build into a highball glass filled with ice then garnish with a lime wedge.
