November 12, 2021 — Starward Australian Whisky is now the Official Whisky Partner of the globally renowned Michelin Guide. Starward will work with the leading authority in the culinary arts to roll out a 12-month U.S. partnership that complements Starward’s simple brand ethos of being a delicious and versatile whisky, crafted to pair well with food.
Over the next 12 months the partnership will take a deep dive into newly Michelin-rated restaurants in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C. and the chefs who created them. The cutely named G*Astronomy series, which you can check out on their web site is available simply by signing up to receive their newsletter which will cover new launches, interviews with chefs and mixologists, cocktail recipes, events and more.
Starward comes from Melbourne, a city that celebrates food. Its founder, David Vitale, describes himself as a “foodie” who is focused on producing a whisky uniquely compatible with food.
