
March 12, 2015 – Spring starts in just one week – March 20 – which means summer and swimsuits are not far behind. So, if your goal – you know, the one you set every year – is to look trim, taut, terrific, you’d better get started.
We found a fun video by Craig Ramsay whose “Eat It Burn It” series are exercises anyone can do. Twelve ounces of beer has 150 calories. To burn those calories will take 40 minutes of walking or 20 minutes of cycling or 15 minutes of jogging. His exercises can be done indoors, especially in an empty barroom, or in your living room. Another video showed working off three strips of bacon, also 150 calories, so why not check out his system and take the ones that are most convenient for you.
After you’ve seen a couple of his 5 Minute Workout Anywhere videos, it’s no surprise that Craig is a former ballet dancer, hockey player, fitness model, actor and trained contortionist.
