“Jason Elkins: Uncorked” is a great name for the series because Jason is so full of exuberant energy there’d be no way to keep this genie in the bottle. The series will not be a big yawn, watching professionals swirl, sip and pronounce. Rather it promises a non-stop adventure, plenty of wit and sophistication but with a snobbery-be-damned attitude. The series will start in the United States then move to other countries. Two episodes are already in the can.
