What’s a Master of Wine and how does one get the title?
We’ve been asked that question several times so we decided to go to one of the best sources in North America for the answer. Joel Butler, one of the first Americans to earn this prestigious title is a board member of the Institute of Masters of Wine and has an active role in introducing the program to wine lovers in the United States. He is committed to helping his fellow countrymen (and Canadians) through this grueling expedition into the loftiest realm of wine.
