Appellation Wines in Cans Launched

Named West Side Wine Co., the brand offers premium California Chardonnay and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each variety is available in a four-pack of single-serving 250 ml cans with a suggested retail of $15.99 or $4.99 for a single can. Both are 13 percent ABV.
Wine in a can is a fast growing category and eminently suitable for travelers on the go in airports as well as for activities where glass is not welcome. Cans are convenient, lightweight and recyclable.
Precept Wine’s innovation division, Grape & Grain, developed the concept of West Side Wine Co. in collaboration with Whole Foods and HMS Host.
