Stags Leap District Wineries Launch “Watch Our Cabernet Grow: Meet Us at the Fence”

May 13, 2021 – Stags Leap District devotees, as well as wine enthusiasts in general, have an opportunity to listen in and watch winemakers chatting with each other “over the fence” in the region’s legendary Cabernet vineyards starting this month, and follow the progression of the 2021 vintage each month through to October.

Stags Leap Wine Cellars – 30th Anniversary – V2V

Spanning the full growing and harvest season, the series will give a point-in-time glimpse at the 2021 vintage and how the grapes will ultimately yield the richly textured Cabernet Sauvignon coveted around the globe.

Each month, two or three winemakers will meet at their property fence lines for a 10-minute chat.  Viewers will get a sense of the camaraderie, mutual admiration and passion shared by the winemakers and an inside look at the different stages of the growing season.  Talking to winemakers is always a special experience.
